Fulfillment Associates will be responsible for fulfillment marketing, office supply requests, maintaining client files, shipping and receiving functions and hospitality functions.The Opportunity:As a Fulfillment Associate, you will oversee a range of responsibilities differing daily. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will handle office supply requests, shipping and receiving, maintaining client file, different hospitality functions, and more.The Day-to-Day:Data entry of prospect and client informationMonitor office supply inventorySort and distribute incoming mail and packagesProcess UPS, DHL and FedEx shipmentsHelp with office moves, mounting equipment and cleaningPrepare marketing kits for prospective clientsYour Qualifications:Proficient in desktop PC's, printers and scannersExperience with UPS, FedEx and DHLProficiency in Microsoft Word, Exceland OutlookU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hireWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
