Job Description Overview As an Institutional Content Associate, you'll help drive our global sales and service efforts by preparing all marketing materials produced by the Institutional Group. The materials can range from a finals presentation highlighting our investment process, strategies and market outlook to a portfolio review for an existing client. Reporting to your Team Leader, you will have to opportunity to get involved with creative development and hands-on tasks which further our efforts around the globe and accommodate regional/cultural differences of global clientele.The Day-to-Day:Effectively manage the complexities of servicing a global clientele that includes multiple subsidiaries, currencies and strategiesMaintain current marketing materials, including product performance and characteristics across numerous Institutional strategiesWork directly with Sales and Service Relationship Managers, Research, Investment Policy Committee members and executive management to develop specific prospect, consultant, client and internal presentationsDesign new material that helps our Relationship Managers in communicating a particular strategy or our current market outlookDiligently ensure error-free deliverablesImprove the quality and timeliness of deliverables by refining existing processes or developing new onesYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceExplore and appreciate the growing complexities in servicing global clientele and their needsMotivated by natural curiosity about the global markets and our strategiesEffectively manage your time, enjoying the challenge of dynamic prioritiesHave a solid working knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint and AdobeInterpersonal savvy with refined written and verbal communication skillsU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hireWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
