Job Description Overview The Fisher Investments Institutional Group (FIIG) serves a global client base of diverse investors, including corporate, public and multi-employer pension funds, foundations and endowments, insurance and financial institutions, healthcare organizations and governments. FI currently manages ~$20B AUM with ESG/SRI guidelines (Environmental, Social, Governance/Socially Responsible Investing) for clients around the globe.The Opportunity:As the Responsible Investment Program Manager, you will help manage FIIG's ESG efforts across multiple teams and communicate our ESG improvements and capabilities to both internal and external parties. Reporting to the Responsible Investment Manager you will collaborate extensively with multiple FIIG teams (Service, Sales, RFP, Materials Production and Portfolio Analytics) and firm groups (PMG, LCD, etc.). You will report and monitor progress toward achieving ESG goals while creating new materials and new processes.The Day-to-Day:Identify and monitor ESG issues that could affect our business and be knowledgeable of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory trendsLeading responsibility for coordinating global ESG-related regulatory disclosures with support from LCD, PMG, and other impacted FIIG teamsBe a primary contact and expand relationships with industry bodies and investor groupsOversee external and internal policy reporting needs of the Responsible Investments programManage production of ESG reporting, including sustainability reportingSet up systems to monitor and follow internal policiesHelp draft project briefs, proposals and other materials related to the programJoin select client and prospect meetingsCreate and support development of external ESG content using in-house ESG researchYour Qualifications:2+ years of professional writing experience within an ESG-related function with understanding of ESG issues, topics and investment strategiesKnowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory trends supporting required and voluntary ESG disclosureExperience with major ESG reporting as PRI/TCFD reporting or ESG-policy/Corporate Social Responsibility reporting or ESG-regulatory reportingExperience writing complex investment conceptsPassionate about Responsible InvestmentsU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hireWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
