Job Summary:
Individuals utilize strong facilitation skills to elicit, analyze, and problem solve in support of the organization, with minimal supervision. Participates in multi-disciplinary levels of delivery and operations initiatives. Responsible for ensuring the quality of solutions through testing activities (reusability, performance, automation, etc.) and understand defect tracking and remediation. Ability to understand and support complex and cross-functional assignments using various methodologies. Serves as a liaison between IT and business units to resolve technology issues. Train users and provide clear communication regarding changes and impacts on processes and policies.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requirements Management: Conducts elicitation sessions using various methods. Analyze, specify and create user stories or other documentation that captures requirements for system and process changes. Verifies requirements and gain business and technical approval during sprint demonstrations or other meetings. Facilitates workshops on process (business and system) improvement initiatives. Evaluates and presents recommendations for process improvements.
- Software testing (Creation, Execution and Tracking): Develops, executes and maintains test designs, including test cases and test scripts. Uses automation and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) when appropriate. Conducts testing to ensure that functionality, usability, reliability and performance of solutions are consistent with requirements. Reports and manages issues and defects and troubleshoot to determine root cause to ensure all issues are resolved. Develops and/or executes test scenarios and validate against acceptance criteria to ensure high quality products are delivered.
- System Support and Analysis: Provides release, implementation and production support to the organization. Assists with user or system documentation of process and procedures. Manages and coordinates resolution of system problems and provide support after system implementation. Utilizes strong problem solving and ability to think on feet to restore services, address concerns. Translates assignments received into the form of objectives to specific tasks, features, stories, ceremonies and overall work needed. Works with vendors as needed to address issues or implement changes. Knowledge of core system and processes across multiple business and system areas.
- Operational Process Improvement: Understands and follows project delivery methodologies (Agile/SAFe). Participates in IT process improvements initiatives. Influences policy and procedures within an agile team or business analysis team and has appropriate transparency with leadership on process improvement initiatives (taking initiative to point out and correct issues where needed). Collaborates with business partners and IT teams to develop procedural material and training (user or technical documentation).

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree , or equivalent combination of experience and education
EXPERIENCE
- Three years' experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
