What you get to do every day

- Greet and guide visitors

- Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees

- Organize word processors, files, and faxes

- Answer telephone calls Requirements - Proven ability to use the internet for research

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- RealPage experience highly desired

- Expertise in Answering Multi-Line Phone System

- Proficiency in Commercial Property Management

- Customer service experience preferred
