Title: End User Support Lead/ Manager

Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Job Description:

This is an urgent requirement for an End User Support Manager. Key attributes would include proven experience in regional leadership of EUS for a large (demanding) client with global presence, delivered through a team of 15+ resources.

This is a Manager level role and is mandatorily located in Everett, WA

Deskside/ Field services Engineer:

- Resource should be able to handle team count of 20 above.

- Basic Computer, printer Hardware troubleshooting

- VIP Support

- Diagnosis & resolution of system & software problems

- Re-imaging systems to correct application or system problems

- Preventive Maintenance

- Onsite Dispatch

- To provide Hands & Feet support for other devices like network, A/V devices., etc

- Spares and Loaner management

- Vendor Coordination (Dispatch, Warranty)

- Installation/ Uninstallation of computer hardware (IMACD services)
