Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Electronics Manufacturing Supervisor for priorities, contract renewals, NCR, and RMA workflows, work directly with the floor to elicit and implement improvement ideas, NPI introduction, research and introduce new equipment.
  • Dedicated to production floor to address backlog of ECRs, reworks, work instructions.
  • Report to Manufacturing Manager.
  • Can work in a support role or clear path to promotion if the individual is interested in advancement.
  • Assist in NCR backlog reduction and troubleshooting and develop relationships with key individuals on the production floor.
  • Work with engineering department, work closely with operations, work with purchasing.
  • Work directly with the floor to elicit and implement improvement ideas
  • New Product Introduction
  • Contract renewals
  • NCR & RMA workflows
  • New equipment proposals and research
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and operations to resolve issues and move the business forward

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering Degree
  • 3-7 years' manufacturing experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in a highly regulated industry, medical or aerospace
  • Experience with PCBAs and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement ideas and projects.
  • Aerospace or Medical industry knowledge, highly regulated industry experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, PLM system, and MS-Excel.

Preferred:

  • Experience with audio and audio equipment preferred
  • Lighting experience (at least 1 year) preferred
  • Experience working with customers preferred
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers preferred
