Job Summary:

Parnetic Search is a high growth talent management and recruiting firm based in the Idaho area. While our roots are in financial and accounting services, we're continuing to grow beyond finance and accounting and support a range of client searches including healthcare, creative, marketing, HR, IT, and more.

Because of our continued growth we u2019re expanding our recruiting team. We u2019ve got a strong loyal customer base and need to find the right Full Cycle US Recruiter to support our efforts in attracting and delivering great talent. As a Full Cycle US Recruiter, you would be in charge of building a pipeline of qualified candidates to close allocated job orders in the specified industry.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with new and existing clients, all the while adhering to the company's standard metrics and KPIs. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a veteran mindset and exceptional familiarity in several jobs verticals specifically in the financial and accounting industries.

Job Description:

  • Full desk or split desk model, we all work each others reqs.
  • Understand job orders through calibrations and or provided job descriptions and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.
  • Screen potential candidates through job portals, available database, social media, and other reliable channels
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical capabilities, communication skill levels, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.
  • Build strong credibility with candidates that would ultimately result to a highly responsive network
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities.
  • Constant coordination regarding any updates in application status or new compatible job orders
  • Meet or exceed weekly standard pipeline expectations.
  • Consistent usage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation of processes and data safeguarding
  • Generate new business and upsell current clients


Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of recruiting experience in an agency or high volume corporate recruiting environment
  • Financial and/or accounting industry experience and background is preferred
  • Bachelor u2019s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with strong customer service and presentation skills
  • Posses a tremendous sense of urgency, entrepreneurial spirit , desire to win and earn
  • Good business acumen, highly-driven, results-oriented and values harmony within a team
  • Good tenure in previous and current employers
  • Extensive phone skills as well as any/all other modes of communication (email, IM, social media, text)
  • Excellent documentation and ATS/CRM management skills and attention to detail with the ability to learn and use other industry-related software
  • Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Creative and the desire to turn over every stone and dig in every cave to find the right talent
  • Flexible and willing to change priorities on the fly.
  • Desire and ability to learn and work as part of a team.
