Fairfax Behavioral Health is a private, free-standing mental health hospital that specializes in psychiatric and detox treatment. We strive to meet and respond to the needs of our community by offering a continuum of care and evidenced-based programs in Kirkland, Everett and Monroe, Washington.
Northwest School of Innovative Learning, is a behavioral, therapeutic and academic learning program that helps meet the academic, special education, and behavioral health needs of students with locations in Olympia, Redmond and Tacoma, Washington.
We are currently seeking a forward thinking and talented Group Human Resources Director to be an integral part of the senior leadership team and play a key role in helping to build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success.
The Group HR Director leads the delivery of workforce strategies and drives the effective implementation of key HR programs, policies, and practices in six locations for Fairfax Behavioral Health. In this role you will work in close contact with other facility leaders to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, as well as all other functional HR areas. The ideal candidate will not only be a strategic partner but bring solid HR practices in managing all functional areas of Human Resources and a solid understanding of the day-to day activities of the HR department.

Qualifications
The Group Human Resources Director position requires:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, Master's degree preferred. Current SPHR/PHR certification is highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in Human Resources and three (3) years' experience as an HR Director. A minimum of two years' experience working in Human Resources within a healthcare setting highly preferred.
