Job description

We currently have a client in Kirkland, WA looking for an Office Assistant. This is a contract to hire position with our client. Below are the skills and experience they are looking for, take a look and if you feel you are a good match, let me know if interested.


Hourly rate is $25 an hour.

Not a remote position - need someone in office

Small but great 25 person company

Extensive Training provided on responsibilities of the position


Our client is a small, well-established environmental engineering consulting company. Primary duties will include proof-reading and formatting engineering reports and supporting documents, performing various data entry tasks, filing, updating company databases, answering the phone, directing clients to appropriate personnel, and other reception duties. Secondary duties will include assisting our accounting manager with data entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and filing.


Skills/Requirements

• Work experience as an assistant

• Detail oriented with a high attention to detail

• Organization skills ability to multi-task and shift priorities to meet

deadlines

• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

• Hands-on experience with MS Office (primarily Excel, Word and Access)

• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

• Knowledge of English grammar and spelling

• Associates Degree or higher
