JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of Panorama's sales and marketing events and marketing collateral.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the coordinator for all marketing events. Collaborate with other marketing staff, Panorama departments and community members as needed. Approve expenditures as appropriate. Attend all events to ensure successful outcomes. Evaluate event effectiveness in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Oversee and monitor Panorama's online presence, social media accounts, digital marketing and blogs.
  • Create, update and coordinate content as necessary. Partner with external vendor on Panorama website for technical issues and data mining.
  • Coordinate and collect content for Panorama newsletters and newsletter calendar. Edit content and seek clarification as needed.
  • Participate in the creation of marketing materials, including printed materials, vinettes and scripting. Assist with inventory of printed materials in support of the department as needed.
  • May serve as a back up to the Design and Print Specialist as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, communications or marketing preferred
  • 3 years related experience required. Experience with senior community or event planning preferred.
  • Experience with online marketing and/or web analytics preferred
