Job Details

The escrow branch manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining optimal levels of client service and production for their branch operations. They will manage staff to ensure company quality and superior performance standards are adhered to. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies and tactics that will increase and maintain client satisfaction and improve company productivity. This position must have an established book of business or be able to establish a book of business within a reasonable amount of time to meet given performance standards. They provide exceptional customer care for each escrow file assigned to them, including timely and accurate documentation and communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages assigned escrow files
  • Builds and maintains a book of business through continued personal marketing efforts
  • Processes escrows, including new subdivisions, re-sales, demand escrows, assignments, exchanges, loans, and other miscellaneous escrows
  • Manage Leavenworth/Chelan Escrow staff's work load to ensure high customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Maintain high levels of exceptional communication between the Escrow Operation's Manager, Title Department Manager and other escrow personnel.
  • Work with Lead Escrow Processor to help facilitate escrow coverage by managing staffing levels in accordance to work loads.
  • Take and resolve all Leavenworth/Chelan branch escrow complaints.
  • Underwrites normal escrow file issues and questions, making final decisions subject to established guidelines
  • Ensure all company Policies and Procedures are followed to maintain company and ALTA Best Practice compliance.
  • Is responsible for hiring decisions for the Leavenworth/Chelan escrow team based upon company guidelines.
  • Conduct Leavenworth/Chelan escrow team reviews in conjunction with senior management, ensuring growth and establishing goals for department with appropriate follow-up.
  • Coach individual team members to develop career goals, ensure growth, provide recognition and reward
  • Create a cohesive team that aligns with company culture and goals
  • Resolve all conflicts for the Leavenworth/Chelan escrow team in accordance to company policy.
  • Works with other Escrow and Title units to create a cohesive team throughout the company.
  • Is responsible for audit of Leavenworth/Chelan escrow files to ensure all escrow policies and processes are followed.
  • Propose and manage the budget for the Leavenworth/Chelan escrow branch.
  • Participate in Customer Relationship development with realtors, lenders, attorneys, developers and builders.
  • Is responsible for and reports progress on goals, sales, profit and production to President and Vice-President.
