Automotive Dealership seeks a friendly telephone appointment coordinator for our service department.

Are you interested in making $42,120.00 to $51,000.00 per year answering phones and setting service appointments? Are you looking for a low pressure job that includes flexible scheduling and a positive upbeat attitude? Responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls
• Dialing outbound telephone calls to notify of parts arrival and recall campaigns etc.
• Updating the correct guest contact information on each call
• Using simple online calendar to schedule service visit

• Full time $14 per hour plus $1 per appointment bonus. This averages $42,120.00 to $51,000.00 per year.
