Desmond Law Group, P.S. is seeking a full-time associate attorney based out of our office in Olympia, WA.

Join a close-knit boutique law firm that specializes in representing parents and children in court when CPS is involved in a family's life.

At Desmond Law Group, P.S. you will get to be in court on a regular basis, get civil trial experience, engage in robust motion practice, and help clients fight to get their families back or prevent their break up.

Ability to fight for your client, be detail orientated, and manage a caseload is a must. The right candidate will be comfortable in a courtroom or be able to rapidly become so and maintain the firm's outstanding reputation in the community. You will be part of a team with attorneys experienced in this area of law and support staff, however, you will be in charge of your cases and able to create and lead the strategy to help your clients succeed.

This is a full-time and long-term position. We are looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of three years to working at the firm. We reimburse bar dues and CLE fees. Includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan. Experience preferred but not required.
