Our Recruiting Operations function is focused on supporting this growth and is seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to evolve the operational structure of recruiting to help recruiting team members efficiently and effectively meet the needs of our rapidly growing teams at Zillow Group.
The Recruiting Operations team supports recruiting processes through management of strategic initiatives and programs, establishing data integrity and compliance, and delivery of company-wide recruiting enablement. Our team partners closely with Senior Recruiting Leadership and cross-functionally with teams that include People Product, People Analytics, People Operations, Equity and Belonging, and Employment Brand. About the role
The Principal Project Manager will play a senior role in bringing the strategy for Zillow's hiring to life. You will work with a team of ten to drive process improvement execution, help build and deliver a three-year roadmap, and build collaborative relationships with the People Org and business stakeholders.
You Will Get To:
- PM the most critical org related initiatives through strategic development of business cases and end-to-end execution of the project lifecycle
- Analyze and quantify the impact of critical initiatives beginning with the business case, measuring impact and adoption to ensure successful launch and implementation
- Learn from project implementation and iterate to ensure continuous improvement and partner satisfaction
- Develop business cases, prioritization frameworks, and implementation plans Collaborate with a small team of ICs and support their development/growth as project managers, enabling them to better support our evolving partner needs
- Co-develop the recruiting organization roadmap; evaluate and articulate the priority and sequencing of projects
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $114,000.00 - $182,000.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.
Who you are
- Experience with process improvement methodology and a proven ability to increase effectiveness and/or efficiency of a business process
- Demonstrate your ability to bring cross-functional teams together to create successful outcomes that align people, processes, and technology
- Enjoy a creative approach to problem-solving, thrive in experimentation, and are willing to take bets
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience designing and implementing scalable processes in an operations or HR role
- Track record of leading broad/cross-functional change management efforts
- Analytical skills and the ability to approach problems logically; a data-forward approach to decision making to determine best course of action
- Strong project management skills; ability to work through ambiguous problems and align business partners
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint and project/program management tools
