The GTA Strategic Program Team is a new tactical team to designedly support programs across Global Talent Acquisition. The program team is responsible for all transformational projects across Global Talent Acquisitions touching across Technology, Tech Stack, Process and Strategic Alignment. Our goal is to provide strategic program management across GTA to create improved hiring agility by leading transformational projects and initiatives that are aligned to strategic GTA transformation vision. The program team will lean-in with strategic partners to execute new tools and enhancements, identify agility improvement opportunities, refine process alignment, and provide a continuous improvement partnership across technology, process, and transformational projects.

What the role includes-

  • Program Management and lead across several key GTA Programs and help refine, scope, execute and deliver project's seamlessly that align with program/project management PayPal standards.
  • Lead CRM Implementation roll out globally, lead program through design and build, implementation roll out globally for GTA.
  • Lead CRM roll out and work closely with all project teams across PMO and Technology.
  • Sync closely with GTA SMEs to create a process designed for each hiring workflow.
  • Partner with CRM vendor to ensure working together to build, design and implement.
  • Project lead from a GTA perspective to gather data, information, and critical knowledge.
  • Project lead and manage timelines, deadlines, and milestones for the project to be delivered in a timely manner.
  • Report weekly, monthly and per quarter on project updates/risks/challenges/wins.
  • Change Management Partner, work closely with change management team to define the communication strategy/timeframes, create stakeholder impact maps, create training framework for all personas impacted by change and build a solid relationship with change management.
  • Communication Lead, manage and maintain all communication sent out to the GTA groups on project updates/changes. Lead creation of clear, consistent messaging on a regular cadence.
  • Program management documentation ownership of content, reporting, tracking, creating leadership presentations and high-level information on project status, updates, and risks.
  • Align with HR PMO and build out process/documentation - standardize process documents for projects/programs to enhance better planning, add structure to program/project execution/seamless delivery.
  • Strategically Partner, lean-in, engage, innovate, and build solid relationships across GTA leadership & Cross functional partners/teams and the HR/PayPal ecosystem.
  • Program Team Member - Scope, size and manage new projects that arise and manage through to completion, ability to simultaneously manage several projects at one time, provide clear updates on progress and flag risks/challenges/roadblocks and successful wins/milestones on the projects.
  • Identify agility improvement opportunities and refine process alignment/continuous improvement and forward-thinking solutions.
Experience and skills required-
  • 10+ years Program Management Experience and a passion for working on multiple projects in a fast paced, every changing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with geographically dispersed teams (working across multiple locations)
  • 5+ years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Passion and interest in the field of program and project management and HR
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple requests, deliver to timelines and ability to meet deadlines/project goals/milestones.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, ability to present well and clearly articulate information and data at a high level.
  • Experience of building strong relationships with senior leadership and cross functional partners.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability influence and have clear effective commination.
  • Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and enjoyment with a changing environment.
