WCB Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a Finance Manager to work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment to support the FP&A rhythm of business (ROB) and reporting for the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) business. We are looking for someone with a passion for reporting & analytics, business partnering, aptitude for business understanding to support existing and develop new reporting.

The WCB FP&A team is responsible for delivering comprehensive P&L reporting as well as messaging and forward guidance to finance partners and stakeholders. The successful candidate must demonstrate attention to details, excellent data management and communication skills with a passion for business partnering.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
* OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
* OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

* Solid process and data management skills with impeccable attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple and competing projects/priorities
* Advanced level skills with Office required (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to reporting accuracy
* Knowledge of MS Finance tools and policies desired
