We are looking for self-motivated individuals with great communication and program management skills to help us build our team for the next generation of products and processes.
Prior experience working across multiple disciplines is a plus. This role requires deep engagement with our engineering and business teams to align product launch requirements and quality execution. Basic qualifications:
* BS degree or MS degree, or equivalent in relevant experience
* Passion for process and technology
* Demonstrated experience in Program Management and/or launch and release
* Excellent written, verbal presentation, and communications skills
Preferred qualifications:
* Industry experience strongly preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong product release background is a plus
* Excellent cross-group/cross-discipline skills

Responsibilities:
* Oversees lab day-to-day activities; scheduling, coordinating tours/agenda, ensuring NDA's are signed and in compliance with privacy practices, assigns security access permissions, and coordinates with other labs/tours.
* Monitors inventories of lab resources (e.g., testing equipment & supplies) to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet lab needs
* Researches ways to expand upon lab capabilities by identifying needs for new equipment and tools needed to support lab capabilities; e.g. scheduling tools, video equipment, measurement tracking, etc. establishes a business case for acquiring new equipment/internal tools and works with external suppliers/partners to identify how they can help meet this business need.
* Partners with manager to develop lab budgets and access lab need.
* Ensures lab meets ADA standard regulatory compliance. .
* Performs lab tours, creates/coordinates training materials and video assets.
* Creates and ensures alignment with schedules, budgets, and resource plans for content production.
* Provides suggestions for long-term strategic vision for the lab and ensures the Inclusive Tech lab vision evolves and grows as our strategic vision evolves
* Develops the methods to a deliver a "virtual" presence of the lab to ensure we are providing inclusive experience in a hybrid work environment
* Facilitates VIP events and internal meetings; e.g. fireside chats, E+D all hands, etc.
* Partners with our A11Y communities to build trust and partnerships to ensure we are delivering on our promise of "Nothing About Us Without Us."
* Builds new customer relationships and identifies future opportunities
* Identifies audience needs and readiness, and tailors training content to help ensure a successful deployment.
* Leads Microsoft Inclusive training workshops, community workshops, and demonstrations for large and small groups of Enterprise, SMC, and SMB customers to drive product awareness (accessibility features) adoption of products and services.
* Delivers insights from Inclusive Tech Lab research/engagement back to the product teams; this includes evaluating which insights will result in the best ROI/customer impact
