job summary:

Research Operations Coordinator needed for Contract Opportunity with Randstad Technologies client in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities

- Serves as the primary point of contact for the studio's usability hardware and equipment

- Support researcher onboarding, granting access to tools and software

- Monitor research account balances

- Become an expert in the studio's recruiting processes, such that you are the go-to person for recruiting support and questions

- Support and grow research panel through activities such as template creation and community engagement through insight share backs

- Recruiting special profiles into panel (P0)

- Identify and pursue additional participant recruiting sources

- Other projects as assigned

Requirements

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to problem solve independently while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities

- A passion for process, improvement and documentation

- Customer driven

- 1-3 years of relevant experience (such as UX research, marketing or project management)

- This position may require an onsite presence, fluctuating from 0-2 days/week as required.

Preferred

- Understanding of data privacy policies (GDPR)

- Experience with UX research (ex. participant profiles, customer journeys)
