Northwest Center's Talent Acquisition Team is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Our ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist enjoys building relationships with others, creatively problem-solving, and is passionate about providing positive and equitable candidate experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career as a Recruiter. We are open to training on best recruitment practices and we have lots of opportunities for growth.

Position: Talent Acquisition SpecialistSalary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOELocation: Renton, WA

Essential Functions:

• Identifying qualified candidates through a variety of job boards and attending virtual job fairs
• Conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches

Qualifications:

• One year of full-cycle recruiting is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable Transportation to include the ability to work out of various Northwest Center locations as needed
