Crown Property Management is currently hiring for a Community Manager. If you would describe yourself as an outgoing, self-motivated, multi-tasker, customer service oriented individual with an eye for detail who thrives in an ever-changing environment, then this could be the career for you!

As an Apartment Community Manager you will play many roles - one is no more important than the other. You must possess not only sound and efficient management and personnel skills, but also good administrative skills. The Community Manager is responsible for the overall management of the property including planning, marketing, leasing, budgeting, fiscal management, maintenance supervision and administration.

Responsibilities include:

Assist prospective residents locate apartment homes that fit their needs.

Coordinate vendors and staff to maintain current residents' homes, vacant apartment homes and community property in a pristine condition.

Collect rents, complete lease renewals, move-in and move-out inspections, property inspections and other daily operations of the community.

Conduct market surveys, shop competition and have a constant awareness of neighborhood market conditions.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

Ability to multi-task and accept an ever-changing environment

Customer service oriented attitude

Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge

Property Management experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• AppFolio: 1 year (Preferred)
• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
