Job description

Haselwood Auto Group is looking to add to our Finance Team. We are looking for candidates with experience in the automotive finance department that can perform at a high level and have a proven success rate. Candidates must be exceptional with communication, both with their peers and customers.

This position requires experience in Automotive Finance at a large import store and/or large domestic store.

Ideal Candidate:

Will offer vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. This includes and is not limited to a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies, and the following:

• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources.
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
• Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
• Assist in training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
• Ensure a positive experience for our clients

We are located in Bremerton on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula and offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits plan to our Finance Managers. We're a short 26 minute drive from Pierce County and a 30-60 minute ferry ride across the water from Seattle.

We have 8 dealerships and 15 manufacturers that provide our community with a wide array of new and used vehicles. We have a large and loyal customer base that is consistently revolving thanks to our close proximity to an amazing military community.
