Rileys Reproductions & Printing (Rileys) is looking to add an experienced outside sales professional for the Greater Seattle Area.

Rileys is a leading provider of print products, managed print services and document solutions with over 60 years experience in the Alberta marketplace. We have several additional locations across Canada and in the United States.

We are looking for a Seattle Area-based Business Leader who will report to the Vice President of Business Development who is located in Calgary, Alberta. This role will sell a wide range of print and imaging services to the private and public sectors in the B2B marketplace.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results- and activity-oriented sales professional looking to make a significant contribution to a well-established and rapidly growing Graphic Communications industry leader who is looking to penetrate a new market. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing local business relationships and creating new opportunities for the delivery of Rileys' document and print services, color display solutions as well as our creative design and web-based offerings. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and growing those customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and be responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Identify and present value-based solutions to new and existing accounts in the territory
  • Provide sales and account management for the assigned territory
  • Present regular forecasts and activity reports
  • Negotiate contracts with prospects and customers as required
  • Represent Rileys professionally in all customer business transactions and be accountable for the overall health of our customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of successful selling in the print and document services industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of, and existing business relationships in, the Seattle Area marketplace is preferred
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and managing a high volume of customer activity and orders
  • Post-secondary education is preferred but not essential
  • Strong sales track record of consistently exceeding objectives
  • Excellent relationship and account development skills are required
  • A natural business development and growth mindset is required
