We have partnered with a boutique law firm in the Seattle area that is looking for an outstanding Business Litigation Attorney to join their team!

• The preferred candidate will have up to 5 years of experience handling discovery production review and analysis; deposition prep; taking depositions; brief and motion filing; oral argument on motions; discovery request drafting; and witness deposition preparation.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills, compassion, and the ability to effectively cross examine experts in a non-adversarial setting are vital to this role.
• Attorney will be responsible for representing Clients at all stages of the litigation process.
• Must be self-sufficient and able to handle a large case load efficiently.
• The attorney will be responsible for implementing case strategy, prepare the clients for hearings, write on-the-record requests, and present cases at various Courts.

Applicants must be self-starters, possess strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills. Must have a strong sense of urgency about problem solving, meeting challenging deadlines and achieving critical goals. Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Compensation negotiable based on experience.
