Job description

As a Business Process Analyst on our Recruiting Operations team, you'll use your technical expertise to deliver the same spectacular customer service. Specifically, you'll focus on our recruiting processes to give us a complete understanding of the various processes used by our recruiting organization. With that in place, you'll work closely with our Recruiters, Operations, and HRIS teams to optimize and rebuild our processes for a modern recruiting operation. You'll report to the Director of Recruiting Operations.

The Role

  • You will research, gather, and document all current recruiting processes
  • You will complete value stream mapping for each recruiting process, delivering a comprehensive set of documents for all processes
  • You will identify failure points or areas for improvement in each process and recommend corrective actions to eliminate errors
  • You will deliver a comprehensive set of all recruiting business processes
  • You will work with our HRIS team to design, test, and implement improvements to Workday Recruiting business processes

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience with business process mapping and/or value stream mapping
  • You have lean process expertise (e.g. six sigma, total quality management)
  • You have experience with Project Management (PMP certification desired)
  • You have experience with Recruiting processes & systems
  • You have experience with Workday HCM & Recruiting modules
