Job summary
Business Systems Analyst

Career Choice is Amazon's education tuition benefit available to nearly 1M Amazon Associates in 14 countries. As the anchor program for Amazon's commitment to invest $1.2 billion in education and skills training by 2025, we're in the midst of unprecedented growth. We are expanding to support more eligible Associates with more educational offerings, adding foundational GED and language programs, as well as Associates and Bachelor's degree support, on top of the upskilling programs we already offer.

We're looking for a results-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support our group of Salesforce-based products: amazoncareerchoice.com, where Associates research and administer their benefit; the School Portal, where school and other third-party partners report student progression; and the expansion of Career Choice features into the A to Z app. You will work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyze, communicate, validate, and implement changes that make it simpler for our Business team to manage, maintain and operate at scale. As a Business Systems Analyst in the WW Career Choice Team you will own several important facets of the business: Translating business requirements into actionable user stories and technical requirements for engineers, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for large product releases, and supporting the technical team with defect resolution.

You will sit at the intersection of business and tech, working with members of the Career Choice Product, Education and Marketing teams to deeply understand the objectives of prioritized projects, and with Engineering to ensure those objectives and their success criteria are understood, executed properly and tested. You will write test scenarios for UAT, coordinate permissions and data configuration, and manage UAT testing and communications before products are released to customers. You will become an expert on our dedicated Salesforce organization and how our object structure supports our Associate history, education catalog, payment solution, and front-end publishing capabilities. You will personally own the resolution of some configuration defects.

The successful candidate must have a strong Salesforce technical knowledge, be able to manage and prioritize multiple work streams, is eager to learn, and is a strong team player who can execute in a fast-paced environment.
