PROVAIL is the leader of assistive technology in the PNW and we are looking for a new member to join our dynamic Mobility and Communications (outpatient speech and occupational therapy clinic) team! JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Services Coordinator I (CSC I) is a member of the Mobility and Communications (M&C) program, which is an outpatient therapeutic and assistive technology clinic at PROVAIL. This position is responsible for performing scheduling, the client intake processes, and providing excellent customer service.
As the CSC I you will:
- Performs intake process & client/applicant information maintenance for M&C.
- From the point of inquiry, practice management system (PM) entry, through scheduling the plan of care, including faxing and uploading necessary documents.
- Acquires & follows up on orders, plan of care faxing, insurance/payor changes.
- Applicant list management
- Maintains schedules, communications, and records for M&C clinicians and clients in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of M&C areas.
- Responsible for following insurance requirements and regulations; forwarding any changes or new information to the Administrative manager of clinical services for review.
- Actively participates as a full member of the M&C team.
- May be responsible for performing front desk operations with exceptional customer service and effective interaction with clients, visitors, staff and the broader community.

- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with clients, staff, and the broader community. Please note: Many clients are non-verbal or use speech-generating devices to speak.

- May be required to participate in committees.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with keen ability to organize and maintain data within an outpatient healthcare setting.
- Ability to re-prioritize work and workflows to reach identified goals and outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work with other service providers in a collaborative manner.

REQUIREMENTS
- High school or equivalent.
- Some experience in the healthcare field or commensurate experience preferred.
- Some experience with scheduling, e.g. google calendar, other electronic scheduling systems.
- Some experience in MS office, particularly Excel. Google suite experience preferred.
- Some experience with medical front office and HIPAA preferred.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
- Keen ability to organize and maintain data within an outpatient healthcare setting
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is a full-time hourly, non-exempt position with a starting pay range from $16.69 - $17.50 an hour depending on experience and qualifications. PROVAIL offers an excellent benefits package including health care, 403(b) retirement plan and generous paid time off allowances.
