Job description

The law firm of Foster Garvey PC is seeking an experienced mid-level or senior associate to join its Business Group based in our Seattle office. This position will provide the associate with an opportunity to work with the firm's small and large business clients on sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors. The candidate will have the opportunity to work regularly with talented attorneys in a wide variety of practice areas across the firm's five offices.

The successful candidate will have a strong background with entity selection and formation, organizational and governance structures, managing day-to-day matters for small and large businesses, and moderate to extensive experience with merger and acquisition transactions. Public company, capital markets, securities, and/or venture capital experience is a plus.
