Looking for a great career opportunity where you can change the world? The Development Coordinator position at the JDRF Pacific NW Chapter & Seattle Guild provides just such an opportunity! This motivated individual supports, organizes, implements, and expands a variety of development activities that build links to volunteers and donors. The Development Coordinator will help grow the Chapter's revenue through corporate, individual, volunteer, and other community involvement. This position will equally support our Walk and Gala fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

* Supports and maintains the vision, mission, priorities, and guiding principles of JDRF.
* Provides support for chapter's community development activities such as fundraising, relationship building, events, corporate partnership development and volunteer development.
* Performs duties for fundraising activities that include event logistics, auction solicitation & procurement, collateral design and social media planning and implementation.
* Works in collaboration with Chapter staff to manage volunteer inquiries, recruitment, assignments and stewardship.
* Ensures timely and accurate daily usage of our CRM database to document activities with donors and volunteers.
* Maintains a good understanding of JDRF's mission and priorities
* Engages with JDRF constituents, volunteers and staff in a professional, customer focused manner consistent with the JDRF Core Values of being passionate, innovative, collaborative, respectful, trustworthy, appreciative, and results-oriented.
