As a DevOps Architect in our Digital Solutions practice, you will help lead and drive delivery of development environments including cloud infrastructure design, CI/CD pipeline development, and infrastructure as code best practices. You will work at the intersection of Development and Operations to design, code, test, and optimize great solutions for clients. This will provide growth opportunities to a trusted adviser and/or leadership role.

Role Expectations

• Motivated to build scalable and efficient products
• Enjoy problem-solving and process improvement
• A solid understanding of enterprise operating systems
• A foundational understanding of programming software and infrastructure
• Ability to manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Practice and embody the cultural aspects of DevOps
• Build, deploy, configure, and maintain systems in 2 or more cloud platforms
• Design and operate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
• Optimize and automate processes, using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Chef, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Enterprise/ Azure DevOps
• Troubleshoot and solve issues in development, testing, and production

Consulting Acumen

• Utilize best practices, methodologies and apply prior experiences to deliver high-quality client work
• Operate across business and technical organizations
• Collaborate with your Coppei team, while personally owning and driving key deliverables
• Stay on top of emerging technologies, and partner with market-leading technology organizations to understand and leverage their products

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years work focused on deploying and delivering devops projects
• Experience with project management principles such as Agile and Scrum
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Advisory and/or consulting experience in the DevOps space
• Demonstrated success working with and facilitating decisions across departments, including senior leadership
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
• Security consulting and SecOps implementation experience
• Infrastructure and Developer endorsements
• DevOps endorsements such as: Azure/AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Certified Jenkins Engineer, Hashicorp Terraform Associate, Puppet Certified Professional, Red Hat Ansible Certified
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
