We are seeking a Director of Product Management for a well known non-FAANG company that is looking to build a product offering for Small to Medium Sized business. Our client's product is incredibly successful at the enterprise level and is now looking to develop a simplified product for the SMB space. This is a unique opportunity to leverage a product and company's success while also building something from scratch. At the moment the team is working on building a minimum viable product and is seeking to hire a Director of Product to drive toward the first product release early next year.

The Director of Product Management will be responsible for leading the development of the product vision and roadmap and ultimately define product features and capabilities. The Director of Product Management will also be responsible for understanding the market and customer expectations while also building and leading a team.

Director of Product Management Responsibilities:

• Build the product vision and execute / manage the product roadmap
• Prioritize products and features
• Build a team quickly

Experience we seek for the Director of Product Management:

• 10 or more years Product Management Experience
• Deep understanding of SaaS and SDLC
• Building or expanding SaaS products targeting SMB's.
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile methodology
• Experience building a team

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM or similar
• Experience managing/building a product from Day One.
