REQUIRED: Sales experience selling to Law firms in the U.S.A. and/or International market
This position will lead to an exceptional career path in a exploding eDiscovery services industry.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years business-to-business sales experience; 1 year of Legal sales experience Court Reporting/Deposition sales experience (not required but preferred)
Required: Effective organizational, communication and presentation skills; 2 years business-to-business sales experience with 1 year in a legal environment.
Advanced Imaging & eDiscovery is seeking candidates to sell Court Reporting and Digitized Data Services to law firms and other firms requiring document type services. This role requires only a desire to succeed at B2B sales as a long-term career path. You should have some experience selling products or services to law firms. The sales cycle of the document outsourcing business is continuous in nature requiring attentive, on-going client relationships.
Responsibilities: Develop the Legal Sales Territory under the direction of your team leader; Develop a network of contacts and resources in your existing accounts; Interact with and maintain client contact; Consult with your clients on a per project basis to prepare project instructions; Pick up and deliver projects; Interact with production department to ensure quality, on-time projects; Take responsibility for problem analysis and resolution
Job Type: Comission only - 30% on each individual project that is brought in
Required education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Required experience: legal sales of products or services to Law Firms: 1 year
