What You'll Do:
- Lead generate for three hours at least five days a week
- Conduct open houses
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to buyer appointments
- Practice scripts daily
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 1-3 years' real estate experience
- Fearless when asking for business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- Industry experience preferred
