We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team! You'll be responsible for providing visibility into our financial performance, managing projects and budgets, and delivering insight. This role will give you the opportunity to help improve workflows and make processes more efficient, and you'll also contribute to special projects when needed. To be successful in this role, you'll need the flexibility to adapt to any situation, be unafraid of ambiguity, be willing to be challenged to learn and improve, and have the team spirit to support others. In this role you will:
Handle month-end and quarter-end reporting, including routine communication with management on identified issues

Prepare monthly dashboards, including analysis of financial and operational metrics from multiple sources

Work with managers to consolidate their data into Adaptive, our budgeting system

Work on modeling, projections, and ad hoc analysis

Analyze current and past financial data and performance

Review data discrepancies and recommends solutions to improve accuracy

Work across departments with management team to resolve issues, enhance processes, and ensure quality

We'd love to hear from you if:
You have 2+ years' experience in financial planning and analysis, and report development

You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

You have the ability to recognize patterns and create an appropriate analytical framework without excess complexity

You have a working knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation

You have advanced knowledge of Excel and skilled in the MS Office suite

You're passionate about improving processes and efficiency on an ongoing basis

You are proactive, flexible regarding changing work priorities, and able to manage multiple projects

You're willing to learn financial systems (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) in order to become self sufficient

You have great communication skills and can translate ideas into clear messages for different types of audiences
