Grace Loves Lace is the world leader in innovative, modern bridal with an e-commerce store and an expanding showroom network worldwide. We are seeking a Full Time Stylist to work from our beautiful showroom in Seattle.

The Role:
Our customers are our highest priority and we pride ourselves on delivering an amazing experience to each and every one. The role of Senior Stylist will see you working hands on with our brides and customers both in the showroom and via email & phone to provide the luxury service that the brand lives and breathes. Identifying, relating and understanding our customers and their needs is the key to success in these roles in order for you to go above and beyond for them.
As Senior Stylist you will also be responsible for visual merchandising duties of the showroom and supporting the Showroom Manager with operational needs as required as well as assisting in mentoring and team management of the showroom stylists (training, rostering, leave scheduling etc.)
The role is full time on a Wednesday - Sunday roster.
About you:
Representing the brand means you will have impeccable personal presentation and people skills. Our sales team have a reputation for being the industry-leading sales consultants in VIP, personalised and friendly, warm service. As a team we are down to earth, professional and love what we do. You must love working with women and have a knack for making people feel invited, comfortable and confident.
There is extensive product knowledge to be learned, so your passion and commitment for the job must be strong. Experience in a sales or service position with a female clientele would be beneficial. It is expected that you will develop and nurture a range of different relationships with our customers.
Experience and Skills required:
- Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers from the initial consultation to closing the sale
- The ability to learn quickly and retain information regarding new and existing styles
- Hard working and dynamic person with strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Highest standard of attention to detail
- Able to commit to a set roster working weekends
