HR Generalist

In this remote-hybrid HR Generalist role, you will be supporting a Seattle basednon-profit that specializes in employment counseling, mobility and residentialsupport services for people with disabilities in King County. They are looking for a strong and competent seasoned HR professional to step in and assist with upgrading HR software and systems.

If you have experience supporting with HR payroll & benefits management and are confident in your ability to step in and make an impact from day one, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This is a full-time temporary HR Generalist opportunity that has the potential of become a permanent position and offers a full-time Monday thru Friday schedule.

HR Generalist responsibilities could include:

• Working closely with the HR Manager to take on a variety of project based work.
• Supporting with a high volume of personnel data entry and management.
• Recruiting new employees.
• HR policy administration, investigating and resolving employee complaints.
• Payroll and benefits administration.

Desired qualifications for this HR Generalist role:

• 5+ years of HR or related experience.
• Proven ability to answer employee inquiries and issues with patience and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of employment law.
• Working proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Demonstrated ability to organize data and maintain confidentiality of employee records.

Location: Remote hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the clinic located in North Seattle/Bitter Lake.

Pay: $30-35/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
