As a member of our team, you will provide insight and innovative construction solutions to ensure the successful execution of various projects, such as: education facilities; hospitals and healthcare centers; office buildings; warehouse and distribution centers; and mixed- use facilities.

You will also further hone your skills operating under various delivery methods including Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Management and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery).

Summary

Graham's HR team of 25 is comprised of HR Advisory, Learning, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Acquisition; the majority of which reside in the Graham Calgary Head Office. Our HR Advisors are located at multiple locations throughout the US & Canada. We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to be based in our Bellevue, WA office.

This position reports functionally to the US Human Resources Business Partner and operationally to the US Infrastructure operational leaders. This is a generalist role designed to partner with and support the Infrastructure client group in order to meet their HR needs while being supported by and operating under the strategic direction of corporate HR.

This is a 'hands-on,' operationally-focused advisory role which will grow into a more strategic HR role as the entire HR team grows and evolves while delivering our People Strategy, and as you develop credibility with the client group leaders. The HR Advisor will be the key 'go to person' for all their client group's HR needs.
