Job description
Job Summary:
Create sales opportunities by networking. Follow-up on assigned leads w/customer and insurance adjusters to secure a contract for restoration work. Coordinate, supervise and assist in production of outlined scope of project to ensure proper completion. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to all external/internal customers.
Compensation:
Starting pay for a qualified individual is 80k, Bonus potential, Vehicle or allowance, Phone and CPU
Paul Davis also has a training program for people who lack the industry knowledge but would like to learn and become part of our team.
Duties and Responsibilities (List):
- Market PDR brand
- Involved in applicable organizations, networking groups, committees, boards, etc.
- Be knowledgeable on building products, new products, building technologies, etc.
- Prepare scope of project and estimate within a very timely manner
- Prepare scope of work & communicate to customer
- Secure applicable contract(s) and other paperwork.
- Create change orders, when applicable
- Coordinate proper invoicing for contracted work and collect payments
- Prepare any documents necessary for mortgage co's and escrow accounts as needed
- Take necessary steps in updating sale and also closing of job when completed
- Create budgets for production to follow during project
- Review job status reports with project manager at completion of job
- Communicate with management and all internal/external customers
- Follow & enforce established safety practices including proper use of PPE, when required
Position Requirements
Education: College degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: 3+ yrs. in construction knowledge
Licenses & Certifications: Valid Drivers License (At all times)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Xactimate
- Building construction knowledge and experience
- Sales abilities, outgoing, personality skills
- Ability to plan and organize work
- Ability to exercise judgment on behalf of PDR
- Excellent Customer Service skills
Physical Demands:
- Able to climb ladders, access roofs, access attics, crawlspaces
- Able to work long hours when necessary
Work Requirements:
- 8-5pm Mon.-Fri. Additional hours/weekends, as needed.
