**Role:** **ITBusiness Analyst**

As
an **IT Business Analyst** at Sogeti you will have the opportunity to:

+ Performanalysis of business issues, provide recommendations for possiblesolutions, work with Business users and IT project teams to drive decisionmaking and define requirements for application development, ensuring thatbusiness needs are being met.

+ Completedocumentation for business requirements which guide applicationdevelopment efforts, working closely with the development team andbusiness teams to ensure successful implementation of businessrequirements.

+ Assistwith the development and maintenance of the business requirements processused to define requirements for systems projects, assist with thedefinition and negotiation of project scope and create appropriate scopedocumentation.

+ Analyzeopportunities to improve application reliability, provide recommendationsfor possible solutions, and work with IT and Business partners toimplement solutions that enhance application and infrastructurereliability.

+ Performanalysis of compliance vulnerabilities, work with IT and Business teams toeliminate vulnerabilities, support internal and external audit relatedactivities

+ Communicateproject status and escalates issues as needed

**Theideal candidate will have:**

+ 3 - 5years of experience in business analysis of product or softwaredevelopment

+ Experiencewith development methodologies is highly desired

+ Provenorganizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan toensure project success

+ Demonstratedability to organize and facilitate large cross functional meetings

+ Performthorough requirement interviews with project stakeholders

+ Abilityto document project issues, risks, assumptions and requirements

+ Demonstratedproblem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with otherdepartments to resolve issues

+ Theability to analyze and develop business scenarios and use cases

+ Consistentlydeliver project status and time tracking regularly to management

+ Conductcomprehensive requirements reviews with project stakeholders, developmentand QA teams

**Minimum education qualification**

+ Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
