Hybrid, Leadership will sit( live) in Greater Seattle Area

Parker and Lynch are looking to hire a full-time Director of IT Governance. In this role, you'll be managing contracts, providing financial controls, and disaster recovery testing/planning to ensure efficiency and compliance with IT operations. This position reports to the VP of Technology.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to the compliance processes
• Approx 10 direct reports
• Ensure alignment of IT tools to IT processes
• Based on ITIL, maintain IT services frameworks
• Oversee enterprise software licensing compliance
• Manage audits internal IT processes
• Maintain FCC registrations
• Provide assistance of software license and IT service contracts
• Ensure IT suppliers and vendors are meeting contractual requirements
• Perform quarterly audits to ensure all IT infrastructure and systems are being managed and monitored per policy.

Important Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field is required.
• Certification in one or more of the relevant topics: ITIL
• A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 of those years having direct responsibility for IT governance.
• Experience managing processes and people across the organization is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and teamwork abilities working on high-performing cross-functional project teams.
