We are actively hiring for an IT Sourcing Client Relationship Manager II. Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals.

Essential responsibilities

  • Understands IT client’s major categories of spend and develops or leads all aspects of the development of short, medium and long term Supplier and Category Spend Strategies focused on not just savings but vendor service optimization, knowledge transfer, brand alignment, and various other soft Sourcing objectives.
  • Understands and has the ability to develop and own the full array of IT contracts at nearly any/all levels of complexity and/or dollar thresholds
  • Understand and interpret the difference between what stakeholders ask for and what they actually need, and what contracts/buying arrangement may already exist to serve those needs
  • Above average knowledge and understanding of contracting methods, operational norms, supplier demands, and market trends.
  • Acts as a consultant and mentor for negotiating large, complex, and/or highly visible contracts and facilitates communication and process development between businesses, Legal, and Sourcing.
  • Directs and assures the success of the goals and work of various levels of Sourcing specialists.
  • Develops and educates client on early engagement and benefit of category spend planning.
  • Strong expertise in understanding, managing, and implementing standard methodology sourcing processes and procedures

  • 10+ years of relevant procurement, consultation, and sourcing experience
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, project management, problem solving, and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and applicable business software
  • Professional designation in sourcing, project management, alliance management
  • Knowledgeable of insurance business environment, culture, products, and services preferred

Per Nevada SB293 we are disclosing the compensation, or range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Nevada. If performed in Nevada, this position has a(n) salary range of $143,310 -$168,600. In compliance of Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a(n) salary range of $136,595 – $160,700. The role includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 18% of eligible pay. (For Sales Agents Only) In addition we offer an Incentive and Recognition plan which is an additional earning opportunity from a production incentive plan.
