As a Junior Management Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

* Performing project management activities, such as tracking deliverables, creating status reports, managing resource plans, and monitoring successful achievement of project goals
* Organizing complex communications channels for a fast-paced team
* Delivering unique technology and business solutions to clients across industries as a part of a team
* Working with clients to understand how their business processes work today, identifying areas for improvement, and creating process maps to demonstrate how changes will help them reach their goals
* Using quantitative methods and analytical skills to derive actionable insights, patterns and outcomes from data
* Creating and owning delivery of internal projects, across operations, marketing, sales, recruiting, DEI, and/or community service

Requirements

You have:

* 2+ years of experience, preferably in a corporate setting
* Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* An interest in becoming part of a team of consultants who grow and share successes together

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university

You might also have:

* A basic knowledge of project management frameworks
* An interest in learning how to lead and grow a consulting firm
* Experience with Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams
* Previous consulting experience
* Must reside in the Greater Seattle area
