Pacific West Land, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an entry-level, full-time Junior Analyst to join our team. Job Location: Bainbridge Island, WA
Temporary Telework: This position will be a telework/work from home until COVID-19 safety precautions change. Full-time, in-office work will be required at a date to be determined.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Performs as administrative contract support for real estate acquisitions/dispositions and commercial leasing.
  • Collaborate with and support the Asset Management Team in evaluating, underwriting, and closing new investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the asset management of portfolio properties.
  • Prepare internal memoranda and investment packages to support investment recommendations.
  • Scheduling & coordinating events.
  • Coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite, Word, to draft leases, permits, acquisitions and supplemental agreements.
  • Assist partners with time-sensitive, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Must possess a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
  • Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Self-motivated, personable and team player with ability to work in a lean, action-oriented environment.
  • Superior analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft office applications.
  • Experience with financial modeling.

  • Commercial real estate management.
