Fireworks Gallery at SeaTac Airport D-Concourse location is looking for an experienced Key Holder to join our team! We are a locally owned shop with fun and eclectic items, including Pacific Northwest Artists. We are looking for good communication skills, hardworking and reliable individuals with a flexible schedule that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Applicants must pass TSA and Airport background screening for badge and must have current and valid documentation.

This is a Full-Time position - 30-40 hours. Must have flexible schedule and availability, and able to work weekends. Must have at least 2 years Sales Associate/Customer service experience. At least 1 year of Sales Lead or Key Holder experience preferred.

Key Holder responsibilities:

-Greet and assist customers by directing them to products and explaining product features.

-Record all sales in the Point of Sale System and handle all monetary transactions accurately and effectively for our customers, including returns and exchanges.

-Maintain excellent store appearance and assist with store merchandising to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

-Identifies problematic situations on sales floor and handles them responsibly.

-Communicates to Managers and other Key Holders about changes or needs on the sales floor.

-Utilizes company POS to maintain and understand product knowledge and inventory.

-Opens and closes store registers.

-Occasionally performs hourly restocks, and other stockroom duties.

-Assist Management team in daily store operations and delegation of tasks.

-Must be detail-oriented, energetic, and able to work at a fast pace.
