Our Leasing Specialist is responsible for;

• Interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork.
• Adherence to our quietly awesome vision by providing exemplary customer service to Team Members and residents is paramount.

This team members schedule is:

Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm and is subject to change according to property and team needs

If you are someone with:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
• Prior leasing or sales experience preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service environment required
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Experience with YARDI or property management software preferred
• High energy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are a must!

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Leasing experience: 1 year (Required)
• Bond experience: 1 year (Preferred)
