Job description

What you'll be doing...


As a Network Administrator, you will provide support by responding to issues involving the installation, maintenance and support of Windows desktops, phones/ printer hardware, LAN/WAN, and other computer peripherals and company devices.

  • Provide outstanding customer service while responding to user calls, emails and helpdesk tickets
  • Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues with computer equipment, including repair of desktop or printer hardware and/or OS
  • Configure and install desktops, printers, assists with servers, assists with network hardware, software and operating systems
  • Maintain documentation for implementations, maintenance and upgrades and inventory
  • Maintain a high level of security, including up-to-date security software releases
  • Ensure that backups are performed, monitored and maintained for all servers and appropriate company devices
  • Represent NWA in a professional manner and provide outstanding customer support


Who you are...


  • Educated. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MCSE certification preferred
  • Experienced. 3 - 5 years of experience as a network administrator or similar position
  • Knowledgeable. Hardware systems, software troubleshooting, Windows desktop/server administration & Active Directory
  • Team Player. Work independently with minimum supervision, as well as being a productive and contributing member of a team
  • Meticulous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly assess and analyze problems
  • Service Minded. You deliver customer support like you expect to receive it; with excellence
