Our client is one of the premier donut making companies in the Northwest and is looking for an Operations Manager to be the right hand to the owner.A Multi-Unit-Leader that provides leadership, coaching and direction to multiple retail stores and a production facility. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the clear vision of ownership and clearly communicate performance expectations to the team.
• Recruit, hire, train, review and develop store managers to be exceptional leaders.
• Leading by example to deliver operational excellence and manage to standards and structure.
• You are a manger that does not jump in and do all the work for employees you know how to delegate.
• Coach store Managers to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Understand all local marketing areas and competitor trends.
• Execute goal-oriented action plans and demonstrate a true passion for getting results.
• Ensure the safety of the team and guests through a focus on preventative maintenance and cleanliness.
• Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Delegate and lead process to control labor cost, food cost and cash.
• Analyze restaurants environment and business results to identify improvement opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You have a desire to develop your leadership skills and help grow the business.
• You are a considerate and loyal person with a strong work ethic.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a retail food products business.
• Retail management experience in the baked goods and or coffee indut
• (4) Year college degree not required but preferred.
• You have an impeccable level of cleanliness, attention to detail and organization.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a high performing leader.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
