Job description

Hansell Tierney is assisting our client, a cutting-edge supply chain organization, with their search for an Order Management Specialist. You will be responsible for marketplace and retail order placement and tracking orders through to customer receiving. You will interact closely with a cross-functional group of professionals including Sales, Marketplace team, Accounting, Supply Chain and Third Party Logistics..
Duration: 4 months
Location: Seattle, WA or Remote Candidates
Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Retail, Amazon and other marketplace orders in Amazon portal as well as internal ERP system. Ensure there is inventory available before placing orders.
  • Summarize incoming order volume by SKU for Supply Planning team.
  • Create weekly Fill Rate metrics for leadership team.
  • Track orders to ensure picked up on time and received into customer warehouse in full.
  • Manage order placement against Sell-In Forecast
  • Track, dispute and manage in short receipt errors and marketplace fulfillment related costs.
  • Create warehouse work orders and track through to completion in systems.
  • Track lot and exp against all orders for specific marketplaces
  • Create SOPs
  • Provide order status to sales team and retail customers
  • Other activities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Order entry experience preferred (Retail and Amazon Seller Central)
  • College degree preferred
