Job description

My client, a well-established independent agency with specialties in marine insurance, is looking to add a Part time, 20 hours/week Personal Lines Account Manager to their team. They are located in the Ballard area of Seattle. The office has great views of the Locks, and a nice airy spacious office.

You will support the Senior Personal Account Manager by helping with adds/changes, certs, endorsements, renewal information gathering, and other service requests. You will work 4 hours/day with 1 hour lunch. Schedule is flexible and all work time will be in the office. You will be working with Yacht insurance as well as Preferred market policies. AMS360 knowledge is a huge plus. Market knowledge of Chubb/Ace, Travelers, Safeco, and Pure is desired.

As a PT team member, 20 hours/week, you will be paid $24,000 salary and the agency will also pay for your medical benefits even though you are only Part Time! Parking is free.

Position requires WA P & C license plus at least 1 year of insurance experience preferably in an independent brokerage setting. Ability to work with affluent clients both in person and over the phone is strongly desired.
