You will contribute to the firm's development by guiding and mentoring teams and sharing knowledge. You will be recognized as an expert in your respective domain and contribute to advancing Infosys Consulting's thought leadership in the industry.Consulting DeliveryLead the design and delivery of client advisory, solution delivery and organizational transformation engagements in standalone projects or as part of wider client programs.Advise clients on strategy and detailed use cases by leveraging insights from industry best practices.Lead and manage a team of consultants to develop concise and practical strategies, roadmap and/or re-engineering program recommendations with a clear implementation path.Direct teams of global consulting, IT professionals & subject matter experts in establishing comprehensive business and functional requirements, then translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives with associated metrics.Play a key liaison and coordinator between the business, product, technology, senior management, vendor teams and other members of the change programsPractice DevelopmentCreate/contribute S4HANApractice artifactsContribute to practice growth through recruitment, training and retentionProvide insight and thought leadership to develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologiesProject ExecutionCollaborate with client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals and strategiesContribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmapsConduct requirements workshopswith a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metricsSolution targeted processes, leveraging best practicesConfigure / design functionality and processesSolution and document functional specificationsDefine, execute and support testing of the solutionPerform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the projectSupport management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time)Coach and develop team members to deliver quality results and promote professional developmentPeople DevelopmentMentor and coach team members through formal, performance evaluation methods and informal, individual feedback opportunitiesCollaborate and share knowledgeBasic Qualifications:7 years of Oracle ERP Transformation ExperienceAt least 4 full lifecycle implementations (all phases) of a package implementation lifecycleA proven track record of leading and managing both large and small, global and local teamsA leader and key contributor in project management of large ERP implementation projects and teams; significant team leadership experience over Process Streams / Functional AreasIn-depth knowledge of Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverablesExperience interacting with client executives; ability to influence at the leadership levelStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility and willingness to travel 80%, typically Monday ThursdayUndergraduate degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of educationU.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this timePreferred Qualifications:Business transformation and Oracle implementation experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle at client locations using global delivery model with at least 1 with ERP Cloud. Well versed with ERP Cloud capabilities and challengesExperience of managing business processes across multiple functional areas in an organization and appreciation of how they impact each other. Good understanding of latest industry trends in business processes and practices across different functional areas like finance, supply chain (inbound and outbound), inventory and warehouse management, manufacturing, planning, customer relationship managementDemonstrated capability to provide thought leadership and architect business solutions across functional areasAbility to lead teams to deliver business solutions and projects. Ability to mentor team members to learn and take higher responsibilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills to articulate right messages for different audiences.
